The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) in Praia, Cabo Verde, and the Centre for Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance of Cabo Verde (CERMI) are pleased to announce a Training of Trainers on Solar Thermal for the Francophone ECOWAS Member States plus Mauritania, under the Project “Strengthening the Regional Position of CERMI” financed by the European Union, implemented by LuxDev and CERMI.
